Alex Bledsoe, the Fire This Time’s managing editor, has a piece in this morning’s Washington Post. She’s right there on the op-ed page with Ruth Marcus, Eugene Robinson and the other usual columnists. This great achievement is thanks to Athelia Knight, the Fire’s instructor, who shared Alex’s moving piece with the head of the Washington Post’s editorial page, Fred Hiatt.
