Sarah McNamer – CCL Book Award Winner

Sarah McNamer has been voted unanimously as a winner of the CCL Book Award. This award is for Affective Mediation published by the University of Pennsylvania Press.

She will be recognized and receive her award at the annual MLA conference during the CCL luncheon on January 8th.

The Conference on Christianity and Literature awards a citation to the author of a work that “has contributed most to the dialogue between literature and the Christian faith.” Occasionally, double awareds are given, one for scholarship and another for belles lettres.
