Posted in Announcement
The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) has announced its final grant for the fiscal year, which totals $39.3 million and supports 245 humanities projects across the United States. Twenty-eight of the projects qualified for NEH support through the Public Scholar Program, a program that aims to expose the public to academic writing and research. Brian Hochman was awarded a grant from the Public Scholar Program for his work “A History of Wiretapping in the United States,” which will explore the history of public and private-sector wiretapping from the 19th century on.
