Essay by English Major Luke Brown to be published in UMD's Literary Journal, The Paper Shell Review

Luke Brown, a rising senior English major, recently learned that his essay, “Writing Masculinity: Jewish Archetypes, Self-Fashioning, and the Comic Book Genre in Michael Chabon’s The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay“ was accepted for publication! The University of Maryland’s Undergraduate Literary Journal, The Paper Shell Review, will be printing his work in their upcoming edition. His work came to fruition through the guidance of Professor Jennifer Natayla Fink last summer during the Kalorama Summer Fellowship Program.
