Pamela Fox Awarded 2019 John Russo & Sherry Linkon Award by Working Class Studies Association

Professor Pamela Fox’s 2019 article, “Born to Run and Reckless: My Life as a Pretender–Rewriting the Political Imaginary of Rock Music Memoir” was recently awarded the John Russo and Sherry Linkon Award for Published Article or Essay for Academic or General Audiences by the Working Class Studies Association. The article appears in the collection Popular Music and the Politics of Hope: Queer and Feminist Interventions  (Eds. Susan Fast and Craig Jennex, Taylor and Francis, 2019).
