Nicole Rizzuto Wins L.S. Dembo Prize

Nicole Rizzuto’s article “Somali Soundscapes: Signal and Noise in Nuruddin Farah’s Crossbones” has been selected as the winner of the L.S. Dembo Prize for the best article published in the journal Contemporary Literature in 2017.

The prize includes a cash award and will be announced in Contemporary Literature’s advertisement in the convention issue of PMLA.
