Below is a compilation of creative writing/arts events (that we know of!) happening across campus for you to attend. As we get closer to the start of a new month, additional events and call for submissions will be posted here.

A Reading and Conversation with Author Jinwoo Chong (COL ’17) – October 26, 2023, 7PM on Zoom
Author Jinwoo Chong (COL ’17) returns to Georgetown University for an online reading and Q&A session regarding the process of writing his first novel, Flux. With a focus on craft, this event is designed with Creative Writing Minors in mind, but all are welcome and encouraged to join us! Prof. Christine So will introduce.

Weekly Events:

  • The Anthem (literary magazine) has a meeting every Thursday at 8 pm in Leavey 409
  • The Voice (news magazine) holds weekly meetings every Sunday at 11 am in Leavey 424
