For the past thirty years, The Allegheny Review has published an annual issue featuring the best American undergraduate poetry, fiction, non-fiction and art. This year, three Georgetown undergraduate students have had work selected in poetry and fiction. According to the editors, it is highly unusual for three students to be chosen from the same school.
Congratulations to Madeline Collins for her story, “Solstice,” and her poem, “There is nothing to say,” and to Keelin O’Donoghue for her poem “Ash Wednesday,” and to Andrew Waddell for his story, “Wells,” and his poem, “Song for Buenos Aires.” They have all been Lannan Fellows.
